At HumairaGift, we take great care in producing every gift with precision, sincerity and strict quality control. As most of our products are customized, please review our return and refund policies below:
2. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized products (name printing, personalized design, packaging, edible items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Orders with confirmed design approval are considered final.
3. Cancellation:

Cancellations can only be made prior to design approval and production.

Cancellation after design confirmation is subject to deduction of design fees and administrative costs.

No cancellation is allowed once production has started.
4. Production Errors & Defects:

If any production error occurs due to our side (wrong customization, printing error, defect item), we will:

Replace the affected items OR
-
Issue a partial/full refund based on case review.

Supporting photos are required for investigation.
5. Shipping Damage:

All items are packed securely. However, if damage occurs during transit, kindly notify us within 24 hours with photos.

Replacement or compensation will be processed accordingly.
6. Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible to ensure all submitted names, dates, and design details are accurate.

HumairaGift will not be liable for errors provided by the customer after confirmation.
