Pickup, Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HumairaGift, we aim to ensure your doorgift orders are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to your event schedule. Please refer to our delivery guidelines below:


1. Self-Pickup Policy

  • Self-collection is available at the following branches:

    • Shah Alam HQ

    • Ipoh Branch

    • Johor Bahru Branch

  • Pickup time starts from 2:00 PM onwards daily.

    • Kindly arrange your pickup schedule in advance with our Customer Service to ensure smooth coordination and avoid waiting time.

  • Customers are responsible to check and verify the order quantity and condition upon pickup.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, and Brunei (selected items only).

  • Certain products may not be available for international delivery due to food safety regulations.


3. Delivery Methods

  • Courier Service:

    • J&T Express, Line Clear, NinjaVan, and other trusted courier partners.

  • Same-Day & Bulk Delivery:

    • Lalamove or third-party transporters (within Klang Valley & certain areas).

  • Bus Transport (for bulk long-distance delivery):

    • Available for selected destinations for large quantity orders.


4. Delivery Schedule & Timing

  • We will arrange delivery based on your requested event date.

  • Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you have specific time preferences, please coordinate with our Customer Service.

    • Our team will do the best to accommodate your request depending on delivery route and logistics capacity.


5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible to provide complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

  • HumairaGift will not be liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, uncontactable recipient, or failed arrangements at the venue.


6. Shipping Fee

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on:

    • Product type

    • Quantity

    • Weight

    • Delivery location and method.

  • Free delivery may be offered for selected packages or promotions.


7. Delivery Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided upon shipment via WhatsApp, email, or our Self-Service Portal.

  • Customers may monitor real-time delivery status via Self-Service Portal for convenience.
